As more and more sake comes on to the market, it is difficult to know which sake you might like. This tasting provides an opportunity to try a selection of six sake ranging from a regular futsushu to a ginjo grade. After you have enjoyed your welcome sake, Minato Tsuchizaki, the tasting will start with a sweet, refreshing sake and finish with a smooth, dry sake. Each sake will be introduced and explained so that you gain an understanding of the sake terminology used.
The cost to attend is £22 and sushi canapés will also be served.
