Opportunity for an English teacher in Tokyo

My company gives free help to people that want to live and study Japanese in Japan (either part-time, short term or with a student visa). I was thinking to start an online Japanese course on Youtube on the side. We have professional camera and video-camera, also we will rent a classroom. so everything will look great! Our staff at the moment has a native Japanese teacher, a native Italian teacher (who will take care of the lessons for italians) and two camera-man, we are looking for a native English person in Tokyo that wants to become popular and recognized, looking for a med-term/long-term goal, rather than one day job. The Japanese teacher and the English teacher will teach Japanese together but using English sometimes. We definitely want someone with experience in teaching. Also he should be able to say simple Japanese sentence without a foreign accent. I think what we are doing is something cool, that helps a lot of people. Our community is growing.
