Looking for a Tenant by the Thames

We have a beautiful flat in South-West London, and were due to have a new tenant move in until they were taken away to Hong Kong on a new job. The area is incredibly safe and quiet, and we are looking for a considerate, kind lady or gentleman to move in as soon as possible. The room is a double bedroom with lots of light, newly decorated, and the bathroom is en-suite with a cast-iron bath and mosiac-tiled floor.
