On the 30th of March JETAA London hosted a charity pub quiz to raise money for second Second Harvest Japan.
Thanks to the generosity of a number of Japanese companies we were able to get together many great prizes. The 1st prize was 2x £30 generously donated by Nambu-tei restaurant in Baker Street. 2nd place received a bottle of yuzu sake from Maniwa-shi, Okayama courtesy of Japanese local government staff working at JLGC, 3rd was Japanese taster set courtesy of Clearspring. We also gave out JET 30th anniversary files (courtesy also of JLGC London!) and pens courtesy of Bank of Yokohama. We raised a total of £100. Many thanks to all those who came and donated.
We also received the message below from Second Harvest Japan expressing their gratitude. If you would like to donate to support the great work they do please visit their website.
