Spring 2018: London Chapter Roundup

24 March, 2018
Iconic Architecture Photography Walk

The Saturday before last the JETAA UK London chapter took a stroll around the City, taking in the new and old architecture and London's landmark buildings. Ryan, our vice-chair, led the 90 minute walk which started at Sir Christopher Wren’s St Paul’s Cathedral, and ended at the Guildhall – the administrative centre of the City of London. As we made our way, Ryan gave backgrounds on the buildings of interest and other members of the group shared facts and insights. It was a great opportunity to change pace and stop and look at things which you wouldn’t take notice of on a busy weekday commute. While we weren’t blessed with blue skies, the weather remained dry and we got some great shots of London's most unique and breath-taking architecture. I would highly recommend the tour (which you can download here) to anyone and we will look to do another similar event later this year!

A pub quiz is tentatively planned in April, and of course the Careers Day for September. Please look out for more details soon.
